“Had a c and p exam here. Everyone was very professional from front desk staff to the doc(Queenester Hightower). I watched them put a vet back on schedule even though he was late over 30 minutes, nice save guys!
Entrance is inside the main building on the 2nd floor. Do not look at the google pictures those are from their old location.“

I don't know why ENT doctors don't Rx hbot for this type of hearing loss. I went 2 years with a plugged up ear the first time. All ENT said was: "There's nothing we can do. Sometimes there is spontaneous recovery."

I'm taking one star off because this was supposed to be a boutique-style spa-like setting.
Oh Lordy, noooooo. It's cluttered, and the youngsters in charge are often confused. It feels more like a disorganized, run down clinic than a place to be pampered.

Just remember, the equipment is top notch, and that's all that should matter if you're sick. If the price is right, I don't care about a sexy ambiance.
