I appreciated that she checked in with me and really tried to understand the vision for my hair (I wanted an oil slick inspired hair or light refraction.. I know it's kinda abstract, but I really wanted a bold yet subtle color). I brought in a couple of photos and she walked me through her thought process and the real life expectations before we started and the aftercare. I also really appreciated the whole staff in being attentive during ~5hrs of the process, asking and giving me water and coffee as well as being gentle with washing and drying the hair.
