I contacted these guys from out of state to assist my 83 yo MIL. There are other services out there but I believe none could top the type of service received from Corey. He was attentive and friendly, offered intelligent troubleshooting and had a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right and he did it in a very timely manner - during a huge snow storm. He even scraped her windshield and got her car over the large snow pile behind it. He's top notch and I'd contact him again and again!
Requested the Battery Replacement Service. Tech arrived on-time. Very professional. As a Southern woman living in the Midwest, I have no idea how to properly remove snow from my car. The tech was nice enough to assist me with removing the snow from the hood of my car. Replaced my auto battery within 10mins. Old battery removal was included. If I ever need any emergency auto services in the future, Towing Recovery will be the 1st on my list to call.
