Got a flat tire and was without a spare. Called to have it towed to my preferred mechanic. Took me from Woodridge to Aurora for a decent price.
DJ, the driver, was great. Professional and even arrived earlier than originally estimated. Highly recommend. Hopefully won't need their services again anytime soon, but at least I know who I'll call if I do.
My car battery died (prob the alternator as well) and Dj came to tow me. He did a wonderful job, loaded up my car smoothly and dropped it off with no issues as well. He had great customer care and got me safely to my destination. So thankful he came to get me!!! S/o to Dj!!
N.A.R. Towing was dispatched on Saturday, 2/7/26. My car was snug in the garage, and Scott managed a tight space and key fob issue with so much grace and patience. I'm very appreciative and recommend N.A.R. Towing for their efficiency and kind service.
