The service was A+: Montrell and his team did a wonderful job of trimming on a less than perfect day...6 inches of new snow and 20⁰ temps.
Communication: D: After waiting several weeks, the office never told me that the crew was coming. They just showed up at 8 am on Monday morning. Also, the crew had not been told that the job had changed, eliminating the removal of 2 branches.

I spoke to a number of tree removal/trimming vendors and was not impressed by their lack of professionalism or experience or inability to produce a written quotation for the work. Tony Brugler at Davey Tree provided a written proposal up front that was detailed and described the work to be performed. The crew was there several days at the appointed time and simply did a great job removing multiple oak trees and pruning other trees and evergreens. I do not think I could have found another vendor as good as the service provided by Davey Tree and would highly recommend them as a professional tree service provider. A well deserved 5 star review. Tony and his crew (Antonio, Clint, and Montrel) did great with clearing our overgrown hill, tree removal, and planting our new trees. They were also professional and respectful. We will absolutely be using this company and reaching out to Tony again in the near future. Thank you guys!
