“I started with Rick 14 years ago and was very happy with his level of personalized service. After alerting me to his retirement, I decided to give the new business, found at , a try, mostly because they already had my records in their system. I have found the new business to be effective and efficient albeit less personal. They provide a good value and a thorough review. Now it doesn't feel as personal as it did with the "sole owner" model under Rick but I have stayed because the same basic model is in place - data is gathered, data is input to the system and personal returns are vetted by a CPA professional.
