We have been a customer since 2001. Sutfin Mechanical has done both our residential and business properties installation, repair and maintenance work for 24 years. Frank has done our most complex installation work on our buildings himself with a tremendous crew. Over the years we have come to truly appreciate the meaning and relationship between “family owned businesses.”

Wish there was a 6 star option!!! Super impressed with Sutfin, and their professionalism, thoroughness and quick turnarounds. I had a situation where my unit was damaged by a construction company and Sutfin was able to help me with the damage report as well as replacing my unit. Could not be happier with them!!! It is my policy to use whenever possible a locally owned & operated business….to support our community.And meet the owner face to face.For 25 years, Sutfin has been on an annual HVAC Preventative Maintenance Contract, Spring and Fall visits.
