Following a hail storm in the summer of 2025, we knew we had damage but we were apprehensive about working with roofers and our insurance company. However, Ben (sales representative) did an excellent job of walking us through the process. He stayed connected with us throughout the entire process and was there when the inspector was reviewing my roof. Ben was always on time, friendly and highly knowledgeable on all things roofing. We had initially struggled to find a company to come out to repair a few siding issues we had since it was a small job. Zane from Storm Guard came out within a few days of our outreach and was able to schedule our repairs. He looked over the whole house but was not pushy at all. He listened to our concerns. Zane was very communicative and the work was completed within a few weeks of our initial outreach. Angel completed the work, was very polite, and the work was completed quickly. We will definitely call Storm Guard again if we need any additional repairs done!
