Wish there were zero stars option. Have been doing highlights for more than 2 decades. Couldn’t find an early appointment with my regular stylist so thought of giving this salon a try using a Groupon. They wanted to have my card on file for 18 percent gratuity, I offered to pay in cash and they can have my card on file as well to make sure I pay 18 percent but they declined. What really threw me off was that I go there and sit ( my hair is shoulder length ) and lady tells me if your hair needs extra bleach or toner we will charge you $25 per bowl ( 1 or 2 oz ) so sign a form . Well I can’t leave as my card is with them n they gonna charge me for the service. They NEVER TOLD ME THIS WHILE BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT . It’s not written anywhere . I understand if you have longer hair they ask you and then they charge some extra . I asked how many bowls extra she said may be one or two but for sure one . Guess what at the end she says it’s $100 EXTRA as we used 4 bowls. I have regular healthy hair not super thick . ITS INSANE . ITS HIDDEM CHARGES WHICH THEY WILL TELL WHEN YOU ARE ON THE CHAIR AND YOUR Card IS WITH THEM .
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . IM GONNA POST IT ON ALL FORMS AND EVEN TALK TO MY LAWYER FREINDS .
The haircut was just a few strands here and there even though I showed a picture . Horrible cut no difference from before
So although full highlights haircut and blow out is stated $127 at Groupon, I paid $278. They charged $48 gratuity and $100 for extra bowls 1 oz each ( which costs them not even a dollar . I wish the salon close down . This happened to me first time . NEVER EVER GLIMG THETE AND WILL TRY TO STOP EVERYONE.

Everyone was very kind and professional, but unfortunately I am disappointed with the quality of my manicure. I had my nails done on Sunday, and by Friday the polish was already lifting and peeling in multiple places. A manicure should last longer than a few days. Although the customer service was excellent, I cannot say I was satisfied with the results

I have been going to Solei for quite some time previously at their salon on Eola Riad
I started with Beth and now have Anna as my person. Both Beth and Anna have always been amazing at their jobs. I have messed up a few nails during this time and each time they have always been nothing but kind. I am very sensitive to filing and I can only imagine what they think but I love them and hope
I can continue to afford this during retirement! A shout out to Sydney for a facial I had done pure heavenly! I have found each of the staff professional even though I don’t use their service they still answer my questions. Amanda has always been attentive to needs of everyone. I highly Reccomemded Solei day spa Naperville for a relaxing and beautiful experience.

I felt inspired to write a review today because Sam did such an incredible job on my pedicure. She is a true professional — attentive, highly skilled, and wonderfully intuitive. She allowed me to guide the conversation when I wanted to chat, but also made it easy to simply relax quietly with my eyes closed. Her attention to detail and expertise made this one of the best pedicures I’ve had.

I originally came to Solaia Spa with a gift card, but I’ll absolutely be returning specifically to book with Sam again. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, the staff is warm and welcoming, and even the atmosphere smells amazing — but Sam is truly the reason I’ll be back. Kudos to her for such outstanding service!

Beware!! I bought a Groupon for my daughter who wanted to get some small partial highlights. Keith was her stylist, he was nice but the job he did was so bad that we had to go and have it repaired for $250. He left the foils on too long over processing her hair. He was also working on multiple people at the same time. She couldn’t even go to school the next day it was that bad. We asked for a refund and for help paying for the damage and the owner called me a scammer. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. She also told me the hair looks good and girls like this style so I will let all of you decide that.
I think the worst part was dealing with the owner Amanda. She is defensive, rude and doesn’t care what happens to any of her clients. I would definitely think twice before going here. Remember if they are on Groupon, it must be for a reason and we had to figure it out the hard way.

I didn't know you could get World class color artistry so close to home. Mary works at a speed that exuded confidence and the result was fantastic! I will return for all my color and treatments, can't recommend her enough.

Jessica was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her. She made me feel the most relaxed and loose then I have veen in a long while.

Wow. Just WOW. I can’t even find a way to begin this review. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. My boyfriend and I got the 50 minutes couples Swedish massage and we still can’t stop talking about it. The ambiance, the hospitality, the cleanliness, the two massage therapists, absolutely amazing. I have never experienced this level of relaxation in my 24 years. Please go here, give them a shot. You will not regret it. Ask for Mechelle!
