Great club most employees are fantastic. Walked in a couple mornings ago and saw Nick the morning employee hitting his vape and he does not represent the rest of the employees at the club well at all. Anyone who comes in during the mornings is not getting the Signature Fitness experience.

Let me begin by saying I wish there were -Minus stars for these reviews! How I wish I had checked these reviews prior to joining this JOKE of a fitness club. Don't get me wrong, the equipment is great, it is the management and HORRIBLE customer service that I can not deal with any longer. Today when I called regarding canceling my contract, I like everyone else was told to email my request so as to create a 'paper trail'. Anytime I have wanted/needed a paper trail, it was due to my having to take someone to court for one reason or another. I joined the club primarily for personal training, but after several months with Signatur,e they all but fired nearly all of the personal trainers. I can not get a refund, I must endure their barbaric treatment for 4 more one-hour sessions in order to get my money's worth. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Be warned!!! The Signature in Yorkville is 5 minutes away from my house and I still willingly drive 25 minutes to Naperville because the Signature gym there is extremely high quality. Their fridges are always more stocked, it's always so clean, the sauna works way better and the community including staff is awesome. 100% worth the drive.

Not sure how skeezy you have to be to random cold text spam to people to try to get them to join your gym? I don't even live in the area and have absolutely no idea how they got my information, but I started getting spam texts from Signature Fitness Club, and "Coach Matthew Director & Head Coach" recently asking me to join. Bad marketing, bad business. Shame on you.

Been a member here for almost a year and have no complaints other than the women's sauna takes a very long time to heat up, sometimes longer than my 40 min workout! For but legit, that's my only complaint. Everyone who works here has always been super nice. Of course they are trying to sell their services but if you're not interested they do not hound you. There's always people exercising with trainers and they seem good!

Looks the gym management & team is expecting more from us than just to be a normal member. They want us to subscribe PT and renew the membership way before it expires.3. For gym members, make sure you get the agreement in written which may be useful if any dispute arises later.

The gym itself is fine - plenty of space and machines and I appreciated using the extra room when classes weren't in session. Also enjoyed the sauna. That's what the two stars are for. My problem is with the ownership and management- incredibly bad business practices. I had a monthly membership and at one point I didn't notice but my monthly charge did not go through. I received a threatening text from their manager saying they would put me in collections if I didn't pay them immediately. I had no idea the payment didn't go through! Who treats customers that way? Not even a phone call from then gym - a text at 8pm? I ended up continuing to use the gym but am now trying to cancel my membership ... the only way to do so is to email an account. I emailed them over a week ago to cancel and just got charged for the month of March. My bank will be hearing about this as I did not authorize them to do this as I said I'm cancelling my membership - completely unacceptable. With all the other competition in Naperville, I highly recommend using another gym that does not rely on shady tactics to keep your money.

I'm so glad I found Signature Fitness Club. It has everything I need to stay fit and motivated. The equipment is top-notch and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The environment is great and they have a lot of classes to choose from.

I went to the gym two years or so ago and really liked it. Until they started charging me every month for personal training and saying I signed a contract when I no longer wanted to train with them. I never signed a contract and when I asked multiple times to see said contract they couldn't seem to come up with it. Very shady and irritating so I stopped going. Now two years later they still call me or text me out of the blue asking me to come back or offering a special despite me asking MANY MANY times to never be contacted by them again. Completely unprofessional and shady. The gym itself is really nice so it was a major disappointment for me to experience this sort of treatment.
