This is my first time seeing Melissa and she's phenomenal. Very professional and detail when explaining what to expect on treatment, the associated risks, and post care etc. It was refreshing to see someone who truly cares about what you want and not pushy to add other services.

I moved here from out of state where I had 5 sessions of laser removal done on two areas of my body, with a ton of hair growth just a few weeks after laser treatment. I was disappointed yet assumed this was the norm for me figuring I’d need more sessions. After doing some research upon moving to Chicagoland I found Lush & purchased the package for laser hair removal—Brazilian+underarm. After just one session the hair did not grow back, I did not have to shave for 6 weeks! Absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Melissa and Holly for a while for laser treatments. They both are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, educated, and professional. They explain everything in detail and always check in and make sure you are comfortable during the process. They also have package deals which is great. They have the latest devices with cooling air which make the process smooth and painless. Highly recommend, especially as someone who has had treatments at a few other businesses in the area. They’re definitely the best in my opinion.
