Wonderful experience for both adults and kids! Appreciate the patient care we received from everyone involved throughout the whole process, from the staff that checks you in, the Doctor for the exam, and post exam help with glasses and contacts. I felt heard by the Dr, my questions and concerns were answered with care, was given a choice and a voice in what my options were (glasses vs contacts, optional additional imaging, and dilation), and got a clear explanation of my insurance covered benefit options and up front pricing of my copays and add ons. Great experience with Rosen Eye Care! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Gaby was so informative, kind and patient with me and my daughter. Definitely recommend!
