We hired Reliable for a major remodel of our upstairs, which included the addition of a primary suite. The process was easy from start to finish, and the project was done on time! We plan to use Reliable again for our next bathroom remodel. Five stars!✨
I Hired them for an exterior remodel to include, siding, soffit, fascia, windows and doors. The crew they delivered along with their superintendent was exceptional! I did use an online design firm for the concept drawings. Their staff architect was great to work with in reshaping it to a finished product.
Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to find but not with this company. As example over 9 years ago we had Reliable redo our entire kitchen. It turned out beautiful. The design is timeless. A small problem developed when a seam in the granite counter started to weaken. The company has a 7yr warranty so wasn’t sure if they would help me, but called anyway. Yes they did, talked to Beth who gave me resources that would help. Sure enough.. called them and because I had Reliable as backup reference…they were more than willing to schedule repair. Not always the case on small repair jobs.
