I had an unfortunate circumstance where I had to leave my Beloved Ben with PetSuites in Naperville for an extended amount of time and these Beautiful Angels had taken such GREAT CARE of my Mister Sweetface! I was always kept up date every day about his "Pawgress", got a weekly Pawgress Report about his care, his feeding and his behavior (He was voted Dog of the Week once!) and they REALLY SPOILED him for his birthday and sent me an ADORABLE photo of him! These Angels are THE BEST! Professional, courteous, compassionate, thoughtful, caring and they truly love the furbabies that comes through their doors I highly recommend Pet Suites!
We brought our 2 dogs and cat on Sunday for the day, PetSuites Naperville was very professional and kept us updated on how they were doing. Our pets will be back when we have our trip this year and also next spring. Kind, courteous and extremely friendly staff, along with a clean and secure environment for our pets. Thank you PetSuites of Naperville, we WILL be back!!!
