Annalise (hopefully I spelled your name correctly), did a wonderful job on my pedicure. No cheese grater here, huge plus for me. I have extremely sensitive feet. I had no jerking of feet away and no discomfort. I have gone to a new place every time for pedicures but they have me coming back! It's a great value and the customer service was wonderful! My wife loved my feet and my beard when I got home! I thought the experience idea was just marketing hype, but I will say this is the first time I felt like I was relaxing vs just getting self care checked off my list.
