Best nail salon ever. No, really! My mom has been going here for probably 20 years, or as long as it has been open. Every tech does a great job. They are better than any of the salons I've tried in my home town in Colorado. I love going to Empress Nails and getting pampered when I'm in Naperville.

Hugo is a gem. It was the end of the evening and I should have been his last appointment for the day, however someone came in 10 minutes before closing frantically looking for a no chip manicure. She was ‘desperate’ and he graciously agreed to stay late for her. He still took his time and didn’t rush through my service even though she sat waiting for him which I noticed and appreciated. Thank you for the exceptional service Hugo! ?
