I was very happy with my recent visit to Morrison Eyecare (Naperville, IL location) from start to finish. This was my follow-up annual visit. The eye care staff were excellent and made me feel at ease immediately when entering the office, during my initial eye wellness exam, the frame selection process, as well as answering any questions I had while they made the checkout process as smooth as possible.

I also felt at ease during my appointment with Dr. Scott Hansen which took place during the same visit. He did an excellent and thorough job, gave me good insight into the health of my eyes, and also answered all of my questions. I left feeling very confident...read full review

I am truly pleased with my experience at Morrison Eyecare. I am new to the area and have been going to the same eye doctor for YEARS and was nervous about going somewhere new. The process was extremely organized as I filled out all necessary info online prior to my appointment. Upon check-in I was greeted and didn’t have to wait long at all. Throughout the whole process of getting my eyes checked I was informed on each step along the way of what is happening and why, along with how my eyes are looking. Everybody was very delightful and very helpful. I ask a lot of questions …. I always mentioned I do ask a lot of questions. I have a lot of cognitive issues they just said fine ask away.!!! Dr. Morrison was very very kind. Sometimes I feel out of place and I don’t always understand completely — especially the insurance part. They ALL made me feel very comfortable until I actually understand completely. ? ? Thank You.
