I had a wonderful first appointment experience with Dr. Jason Tung. He is incredibly thorough, taking the time to carefully explain every step of the exam and answer all my questions. His kind and professional manner immediately put me at ease, and I never felt rushed. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients’ eye health. I left feeling confident in my prescription (I got sunglasses, glasses and contacts) and felt very grateful for such attentive care. He also talked me through the insurance coverage, what’s covered and what isn’t, before all purchases, which was very helpful when making decisions.

I’ve been looking for a good, thorough optometrist, and I finally found it with Dr. Tung. The service here is excellent—detailed, professional, and patient-focused. If you want a real understanding of your eye health, this is the place to go. Dr. Tung takes the time to carefully examine your eyes and ensure you get the right prescription, rather than rushing you just to you sell glasses/contacts. He’s also great at helping you choose the right frames. You’re not treated like a commodity here—you’re treated like a patient who matters. Highly recommend!
