the service department (as majority of reviews say) is awful. They are slow. Not friendly. Slow. And most of all not very informative or customer service friendly. Both times I had to come here for a recalled part the service was terrible beyond belive. I have never left a review but I feel after this second terrible experience I had too. The wait is extremely long just to speak to someone and I had appointment for weeks and still sat waiting my car in the service garage and then in the lobby. Ridiculous. On Saturday I visited the Mercedes dealership in Naperville for the 3rd time, after one of their parts associates provided me with the wrong wheel lock. Which in turn wasted my time going back and forth to another tire shop to get my tire repaired. (With 2 kids in tow). To make things right, they offered to fix my tire which had 2 nails in it. Come to today, Monday, when i found that same tire to be fully flat. I called to tell them this. The parts associate Jeff told me "you probably picked up another nail" in a completely demeaning way. Now I can't drive and have more issues thanks to their "help"... especially since picking up new nails in tires is so statistically probable. Their dishonesty and incompetence in fixing a tire issue is dumbfounding.

Naperville Mercedes does a great job of servicing our GLC 300 I want to specially gives special thanks to Dante our Service Advisor. He is very professional and courteous and making our wait worth while.

This was my first visit to this Mercedes dealer for service repair and maybe my last one! They kept the car for 3 plus days!!! Then only to tell me they will charge to fix something that should be under warranty! The communication with the service agent was bad! When you call the dealer they don’t answer, it keeeps putting the call in a loop and you have to keep pressing #s.

Only gave one star bc I had to. Mercedes of Naperville had my car for 10 days and returned it to me in the same condition. Said there’s nothing they can do. I wonder if they even looked at it. Service rep told me it was a Mercedes issue and they would open a case…I’m still waiting.No communication, and car issue was not resolved. Should have bought a Kia…at least they get serviced!!
