However, some reviewers mention difficulties scheduling appointments, especially with the recent change in closing times. Staff are described as courteous and professional, with some therapists, like Abraham and Karla, receiving high praise for their exceptional care and ability to make clients feel at ease.
I had a great experience. My first facial ever and it went phenomenally. I had Itzel and she was amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. She was a 20 out of 10! She listens and cares about your concerns. I have never felt so relaxed in my life knowing I was in such great hands with Itzel!
Killeen was my massage therapist and she did an outstanding job. She found some sore spots and took care of them. I will go back because she was so good. The staff was friendly too
I have been here for many years now. Some of the therapists are really good. However getting an appointment is a hassle. Moreover the recent change they made with early closing times has made it harder to get appointments.Everyone at this center is very courteous and professional.
