The environment makes visitors feel welcome and valued. However, some customers have experienced inconsistency with the business hours, leading to frustration when the salon is not open as scheduled. Despite this, customers have expressed gratitude for the staff’s efforts, such as when they waited patiently and appreciated the quick response from corporate. Overall, L.A. Tan is known for good service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The new management at this location is great. All staff is attentive and is always kept up. I have never encountered an issue any time tanning at this location...also very interested in their new local cryotherapy service.
