I’ve worked in weatherization for over 20 years, and I recently went through BPI training for EA with Insight Property Services—honestly, it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. Joe took the time to work with me one-on-one, really tailoring the reviews and class time to what I needed, instead of just doing a cookie-cutter approach like I have had in larger classes.
I’ve been through other trainings, including state-run ones, and while those were helpful, this was just on another level. It felt more personal, more in-depth, and way more focused on helping students truly understand the material—not just pass a test.

Very knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection using blower door test and infrared to identify places where my home needed more insulation. The report was easy to understand. It recommended which projects I should do first and which would have the biggest payoff. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced, quick to service, and very thorough. Dave was awesome to work with and a pleasure to get to know. He is hardworking and did a great job.
