I am the director of a independent retirement community and have been dealing with some electrical questions/issues and was pointed in Joe's direction. I heard back from him within the hour and he spoke to me in an informational but not condescending way. He gave great advice and put me in touch with the right people for the job!
I looked for a company to do a full energy audit for quite a long time. I found Insight via a glowing recommendation on Reddit, and I have been thrilled with their service. They did a full energy audit (it took almost 4 hours) and located many insulation issues with my home. Dave walked me through my entire house and indicated places that were under insulated. The subsequent report I received was extremely detailed, and included suggestions for an efficient remediation timeline. I’ve worked in weatherization for over 20 years, and I recently went through BPI training for EA with Insight Property Services—honestly, it was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. Joe took the time to work with me one-on-one, really tailoring the reviews and class time to what I needed, instead of just doing a cookie-cutter approach like I have had in larger classes.
I’ve been through other trainings, including state-run ones, and while those were helpful, this was just on another level. It felt more personal, more in-depth, and way more focused on helping students truly understand the material—not just pass a test.
