Just got done with our initial appointment and our dog has never been more comfortable before, during, or after an appointment before today. He has always been a bit nervous and shaky and today he was much better. Definitely will be back!

I took my cat here last week for a checkup, bloodwork, rabies booster, and other misc. items. I had never been to this practice before, my regular vet is very far away and it is difficult to find time to go there. This practice just opened in February '26, they are located near the Brookdale subdivision in Naperville. I am very happy with Hometown Veterinary Partners, Dr. Ortiz and Lauren did a great job putting my cat at ease as best as they could and providing the services needed. I'll definitely be back and recommend to others.

We had such a wonderful experience at Hometown Veterinary in Naperville! Stephanie and Dr. Stephanie Ortiz were absolutely amazing with our dog Leo. They got him in for his flu shot quickly, and from the moment we walked in, Leo acted like he had known them forever. He felt so comfortable, loved, and cared for the entire visit. You can truly tell how much they love animals and care about their clients. Definitely would recommend Hometown Veterinary to anyone looking for a kind and welcoming vet office!
