No consistency with timing. He gave me the appointment time over the phone. Even confirmed it 45mts before the appointment.I arrived on time, but Mr Jeff was still busy with another customer getting hair color done, which was going to take a long time. I understand delays can happen, but it would have been better to inform me beforehand or manage appointment timing better. Disappointed with the wait and scheduling.
Jeff is the best. My son has always complained about the haircuts we got from Sports Clips and the other chains. Not here. Perfect cut every time. Jeff really cares about his clients.Services: Beard trim
