We had a great experience with Rich and Jason this week when they installed a furnace for us. Rich is genuine, no sales tactics, not scripted at all. Both of them are very knowledgeable and didnt rush us to make a decision. They were available immediately for the install and did it while it was snowing. Four Suns Heating and Cooling is a rare find! They are honest, reliable, timely and priced competitively. Jason/Rick/Joey professionally installed our new furnace within 24 hours of me contacting and they even left my furnace room cleaner then when they got there. Also, Four Suns’ extended 10 year labor warranty with service agreement was the deciding factor…. you get an extended labor warranty just for using them to do your annual maintenance, that’s a no brainer. My heat was not working during a very cold couple of days. I called first thing in the morning (after trying to google a solution myself unsuccessfully) and my call was answered right away. They took my info and gave me an estimated time when someone would arrive. John arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my furnace and start heating up my house right away! A new part was needed and they were able to accommodate my schedule to return and replace it. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service provided.
