I have been with Dr.T for 6 years now and to me he isn’t just my Chiropractor. I think of him as a friend and a mentor. He never tried to just get you in and out the door fast. I was a runner all throughout high school and he really worked with me to become stronger through PT and helped me recover with adjustments, dry needling, and soft tissue work. I am very glad my family started going to Foundation Chiropractic and Wellness.
After dealing with a work-related back injury from a physically demanding job, I spent months trying to recover, including time off work and workers' comp physical therapy, but I still wasn't feeling the improvement I hoped for. When I finally decided to see Dr. T, it turned out to be the right decision.

This was my first chiropractic experience and I am beyond lucky to have met Dr. T. I have been super hesitant to see a chiropractor and came to Dr. T out of desperation because everything I was doing on my own was not working for my right shoulder and neck. Dr. T took the time to get to know me and explain the healing process through his methods of adjustments, needling, and rehab that once put together will finally get to the root of my issues. The bed side manner of Dr. T is second to none and I can’t wait to start my journey with him to a healthier living.
