The service manager explained in complete detail what was needed and even up sold me on fuel line cleaner with his great personality. The tech did a lot of work on my car... I was there from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm and enjoyed my time watching TV in a comfortable environment...The only negative was I had to use two credit cards because Firestone credit is only $1100.00 but the charges were $2700.00 and my credit score is over 825 points !!!! So if Firestone wants my business going forward they need to extend more credit to take advantage of no interest in the 6 month payoff or I will go somewhere else.The low credit is what could have dropped the rating but the employees...read full review

Best Firestone! I had an issue with my car and had it at several shops including the Infinity dealership and all places misdiagnosed. Called and spoke with Q who was very knowledgeable and empathetic of my issue. Brought it in and not only did they find the issue, but the car was done VERY quickly!Q who is the GM and his service manager Omar are phenomenal. It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic and I found them. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop.

Easy to deal with, the new management (Omar) was very helpful. I got several tires mounted and a front-end alignment. The after-service report was helpful in flagging several issues with my vehicle that I need to take care of. No "high pressure" sales tactics, they just charged for the work done and recommended some items that I should have completed in the near future. It's nice to find a local repair shop that's an alternative to going to dealerships.
