Had my battery suddenly die on me and the team I spoke with at Firestone was amazing! Fernando and Omer were great, explaining everything in detail about my repairs that I needed. They even recommended a towing company that wasn’t terribly priced and got me to their location in a decent amount of time.
Updated Review: We brought our daughter’s 2013 Nissan Rogue in for a coolant flush and specifically requested the factory Nissan blue coolant. Despite clearly communicating this twice, the vehicle was refilled with compatible Asian green coolant instead. After I brought the issue to their attention, they corrected it by flushing the system again and refilling it with the correct Nissan blue coolant at no additional charge. I appreciate that they corrected the issue quickly.
The team at Firestone on Forgue Dr is excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, and have been incredibly helpful with everything from courtesy checks to major repairs.
Omer is outstanding and provided a great experience from the start; his expertise was especially helpful with our Canadian vehicle’s mileage and specs. Q is also fantastic! He’s a total pro, consistently reliable, and great to work with.
I also really appreciate that they proactively apply coupons to help us save on our orders. I have a lot of respect for this team and am grateful to have found such a trustworthy shop while we are here in the States. Highly recommend!
