I took my car to the Chevy dealership because my car turned off right after I turned it on. Then it stalled a little. Fortunately Chevy didn’t have time to view my car at the time of the appointment so I headed back home. I checked my mailbox and had an ad for Christian Brothers Automotive. I hit a brick on the road and my catch plate started dragging on the ground, I called in the same day and Garrett told me to bring my car in to take a look, immediately took it in and removed the plate from my car. He also explained to me the purpose of having the plate and why it wasn’t necessary. Thank you for the quick and attentive service!!! I will be recommending to friends!!
First time customer, thoroughly pleased with Christian Bros for many reasons: professional, courteous staff, comfortable/ inviting waiting facility, knowledgeable, helpful, explained things without asking 50 questions. Today I had a courtesy inspection with 3 potential problems. All 3 were resolved, quickly, thanks to service manager, Garrett, and service Advisor, Andrew. What a pleasant experience!
