We just left with our rug. We purchased (or so we thought) a 8x10 rug area rug. They gave us a 8x12 rug with a pad that was too small (would have fit under an 8x10 area rug. The manager wanted to charge us for the larger pad (that we have to cut ourselves). The extra fee was $26 and they argued to no end until we agreed to pay half. Really......?? What pettiness and what a scam. So we left with our pad and our area rug and we also left to never come back. No thank you FCA!!! Buyer beware!!

Tom is a liar. I asked him before we bought our flooring if we could return any unopened boxes. He said no problem. Today i went back to return a piece of unopened trim and he said it was not returnable. He immediately denied ever telling me otherwise and walked away. Which tells me he does this regularly. Take your business elsewhere.

FCA charged me for a measuring fee, then didn't provide the measurements. FCA provided a total cost quote based on the incorrect price for the carpet selected.I would not use FCA for carpet again. I ended up using Santora carpet. They did not charge me to measure and quoted a much lower price.
