I am so sad to change my review because I really enjoyed the ladies here and their service but they have literally ghosted and I am not sure how to receive the remaining money I have with them so I can get refunded.

I bought a gift card about 7 months ago. Over past 2 months, we've been trying to reach them via phone and dropped in person to schedule an appt.
I found out today in person that this business is no longer operating at it's official location and hasn't been for several weeks.!!
What a shock and now I'm not sure what can be done with the several hundred dollars gift card.
There is no contact info.
It is still listed in that building and phone number still takes calls( just directs to voicemail) I have been fooled by this business.
Went under and completely ghosted their customers. I have 2 sessions left and they're gone. So is the money. Can't dispute the charge with the credit card company because it was "too long ago". Highly do not recommended ever doing business with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
