She is genuinely concerned, truly cares about patients, and is a nice person who focuses on long-term hearing health. Services include comprehensive and thorough hearing exams, hearing aid reprogramming, fitting for new devices, repairs, ear wax removal, and supplying necessary care items. The process is made easy and comfortable, putting patients at ease. The audiologist is very thorough, attentive, and informative, taking all the time needed without being pushy or rushing. She clearly explains how hearing aids work, ensures all questions are answered, and provides follow-up visits for adjustments. Assistance with insurance is also offered. Patients highlight very reasonable prices and recommend the business highly for all hearing needs, noting it as a great local business.
This was my second time using Ear to Ear solutions. Both experiences were excellent. Dr Prather seems honestly concerned with providing the best solution for my hearing needs at very reasonable prices. About 2 years ago, she performed a comprehensive hearing exam and reprogrammed my existing aids to greatly improve my hearing. She explained the advantages of upgrading to newer aids without being pushy. When I recently had a problem with one of these very old hearing aids, she was able to quickly see me and bring the hearing aid back to life. She also provided supplies and taught me how to care for them which my original audiologist did not do. I highly recommend Dr Prather for all your hearing needs.
I visited and was tested at another audiologist. I decided to shop around. I am so glad I did and found Dr. Lisa at Ear to Ear. She helped me find the best solution that fit my needs and assisted with my insurance. She took the time to make sure that I truly understood how to best utilize my new hearing device. Great experience, I highly recommend Dr Lisa, as she is not only a knowledgeable professional, but truly a nice person that seems to really care about the long-term hearing health of her patients.
I just received my first pair of hearing aids last week. Working with Dr Lisa Prather was a wonderful experience. She took all the time I needed to explain how the hearing aids worked and never tried to rush me. She’s really great at explaining things, especially since this was all new to me. She made sure all my questions were answered and made a one week follow up visit, to check how things were going, to see if I needed any adjustments, or if I had any further questions. But so far, so good. I’d refer anyone to her.
