Worst experience with Duly. From front desk to medical assistant to provider. All terrible service and horrible attitudes. We used to really like going to this location when our primary wasn’t available. Now, I’ll either wait or go to the ER

Doctors are nice, fast service but they don't listen to what pharmacy you want your prescription sent to after saying it three times in the office. Had to call two times after the visit to get it sent to the right place.

The entire team was very professional! I was able to call them back the second day to ask about a medication and the nurse was very helpful.

Front desk clerks are great and always helpful, the nurse was great . We were seen quickly , but the NP was not a good listener and very quick to not listen to the patient or parent. Patient care not demonstrated well
