Dr Steinmetz is very good and even gets difficult prescriptions right. I highly recommend him. However, glasses are very expensive and the staff negotiates pricing when they can tell their original price was too high. Lowered price was still too high.. wish they had more affordable options for frames and lenses.
I have been coming here a few years now and have gotten nothing but first rate service, I was shocked to see even one negative review. Doctor Steinmetz is friendly and professional and I've always had a good experience with the staff. I refuse to go anywhere else!
My family & I have been patients of Dr. Stienmetz for 10 years. The staff is always professional, efficient and care about our eye care. When I have an emergency, they fit me or my kids in immediately. They've accommodated special glasses such as prescription sports googles. Also, they accept our eye care insurance. We've been very happy with Steinmetz & Associates.
