I Highly recommend Lezlie Marshal. Lezlie at Chicago West Myofascial Therapy, has been helping me with pain and disfunction over 12 years. I see Lezlie on/off whenever I need tune up or have been injured after exercising or accidents. She has helped me return to being to pain free and functional after multiple injuries; rotator cuff sprains, neck and back pain, tennis elbow (Yow! many months a of pain before I started with Lezlie) and most recently TMJ issues. I was recently diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome. I sought out Leslie and was disappointed I couldn't get in for 45 days. She recommended a book in the meantime called Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain syndrome. This book changed my life. I have been seeing Leslie for several months now and she really understands my pain and provides relief as well as great advice and self home care. You won't go wrong here!!
