I was very apprehensive to book a consult here due to the bad reviews, yet the moment I booked my appointment I knew I was in good hands. The booking department found a way to squeeze me in due to my tight schedule. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. My doctor was straight forward and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without making me feel bad! After my consult I needed to book an overnight study and a multiple sleep latency test. Again, the receptionist was so patient (she checked all location availabilities) and found an appointment that worked with my busy schedule, and was in a reasonable amount of time! Once at the sleep center, the technicians were super kind and considerate! They all explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. During the night, I accidentally disconnected one of my wires while I was sleeping. My technician quietly came in to my room to plug it back in and I barley even noticed she was in the room! If you complete a mslt, they will feed you breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I ate oatmeal and for lunch they took my jimmy john's order. The room was very clean and bed was surprisingly comfy. Although being stuck there for about 20 hours wasn't fun, the technicians made me feel very comfortable and were there to help with anything I needed! You can tell they truly care about their patients and love their job!

I have to say.. for my first time doing a sleep study they made it very easy! My two technicians were AMAZING! When I needed to go to the bathroom at night one of the techs came to unhook me from bed and hook me back in. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

These people were life savers for me. I first talked to their sleep specialist, who helped me to figure out schedules and why I wasn't sleeping. The next step was the sleep study, which I thought they handled very professionally. I honestly had no idea I had sleep apnea. So, it was truly the help I was looking for. Maybe if you've had apnea for years, you're a little jaded about equipment, etc. I do have insurance and have not had problems in that arena. I imagine prices are pretty comparable to other sleep centers. And you always do have the option of ordering online. But for the diagnosis and ongoing care, I find them to be top notch!
