I have just finished my second vein ablation procedure, and I am so happy that I chose Physicians Vein Clinic. Everything went so smoothly and quickly, and the staff at the Aurora office were amazing. I was able to drive myself home, and was back to my usual activities, including a 2 mile walk, right afterwards.Deb texted the morning after each visit to check on me and answer any questions that I had. The girls are very professional & took good care of me.
They have a lady named Deb who calls you before & after your procedure & explains everything to you & offers personalized support, making it easier if you are apprehensive about the surgery.
Doctor has a fun & down to earth personality & I would recommend him to anyone thinking about doing their veins.
Colleen, the receptionist was very helpful in scheduling and answering my questions about the practice. I had had previous treatment from Dr Spitz who I learned had retired in 2024. I saw Dr Clancy who has had training in both cardiothorasic and vascular medicine. After an ultrasound on both of my legs, he was very thorough in reviewing my results, my medical history and explaining the procedures he recommended as well as conservative approaches with wearing compression hose. Since I would need several weeks of follow up treatment and now live in Indiana, I am going to consider other closer clinics first, but only because of distance.
