    Raven is the BEST trainer!!! I highly recommend him!!! He has a very in depth knowledge of the human body and fitness. He designs a workout plan to meet the fitness goal you want to achieve. Raven is very professional, respectful, and very caring. One of the many things I like about him, is he will push you to your limit. On "Leg Days".....the next day you will feel the burn!

    I suffer from Pectus Excavatum and for those that do not know what this is, its an ugly indentation in the center of the sternum that can cause a whole ton of issues all of which I have experienced since a young age, those including.-Nonexistent stamina-Tension in the chest that prevented full range of motion and sleeping on my back-A deep shame to ever take my shirt offNeedless to say I never saw myself ever becoming anything more than skinny and unfit individual that couldn't even dream of being active or normal.That was until I met Raven, right off the bat in the phone call alone I knew he was the man for the job, he comforted me and knew exactly what I was dealing...read full review

    Body By Raven = 11/10
    I was with Raven for 4 short months. I went in at 225 lb and in 3 months he got me down to my goal of 195 lb. Raven answered all my questions about the exercise to the science and also demonstrated them instead of just telling me how, which was a nice change of pace. I definitely recommend his service, he is dedicated to the job and cares about the clients outcome. If you don't want to work to change yourself then don't bother. Exercise alone doesn't change you it takes commitment and discipline.
