Had my hvac review using air-rite. The technician who serviced my unit Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered various questions that I had and took the time to explain various settings on my humidifier based on winter temperatures. Overall very satisfied with service provided.
Prompt response for service. My technician Tim was very professional. He identified the issue for air conditioner and explained what needed to be done and gave us costs before starting services. He made sure everything was working before he left. He was respectful of property neat and clean.
I called Air-Rite because of a loud vibration from our new HVAC system. They sent someone out the next day. The technician came on time and found the vibration source right away. It was a loose air filter cover. It was fixed immediately. I have used Air-Rite for almost 20 years and would not use anyone else. They are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
