I had an unpleasant moment when I stepped inside the reception at this place - the staff was noisy and asking patient personal details very loud and rudely manner which made me felt like why did the management choose her to be ! She is unpleasant and not caring . She should work on the volume control to how to speak to patient pleasant without discomfort.

I have been seeing Dr. Rajuu for nearly 4 years, and she has consistently provided excellent care. She is incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. From the moment she walks into the room, she makes you feel comfortable and heard. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Rajuu.

My entire experience at this Advocate location was a 10/10. Bobette was so lovely and helpful. I truly appreciated her warmth and kindness. She’s a wonderful person to have greeting patients and checking them in. Ronny, who took my bloodwork, was also very kind and personable. And Dr. Raju, whom I met for the first time, listened to my health history, never rushed me, approved me for my surgery, and was, again, very kind. Despite having a lot done, my visit was quick. The entire place is extremely efficient!
