This was my first visit to this location, and it was excellent from start to finish. Parking was plentiful, with many spaces close to the entrance. I was greeted at the reception desk, and they quickly updated my file and added my new insurance provider, which I appreciated. I waited in the lobby for less than ten minutes before being called back — right at my scheduled appointment time of 1:45. I had an unpleasant moment when I stepped inside the reception at this place - the staff was noisy and asking patient personal details very loud and rudely manner which made me felt like why did the management choose her to be ! She is unpleasant and not caring . She should work on the volume control to how to speak to patient pleasant without discomfort.
I have been seeing Dr. Rajuu for nearly 4 years, and she has consistently provided excellent care. She is incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. From the moment she walks into the room, she makes you feel comfortable and heard. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Rajuu.
