I had an excellent experience working with Craine. They did what they said they were going to do and showed up when they said they were going to. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional.

Outstanding service!!!I called the office at 8:00 AM with a situation and by 10 o’clock James was at my house and had the necessary parts.11:00 AM situation resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner.

Craine was willing to fit me in for an assessment right away, which was impressive. Same day service is great. They looked around at everything I mentioned and took pictures. I ended up going with someone else because Craine would not give a quote or estimate; not even a verbal approximate after two phone conversations. I just don't have the money to throw around like that. But if you're in a rush for residential help, it's great, plus they do appliance hook up (not plumbing stuff like disposals tho).
