I absolutely love Virginia!!!1. Positive vibes all around, welcoming atmosphere2. Patience of a saint, and doesn't mind repeating herself*usually with my ADD, some people will become impatient of my lack of focus but she repeated herself as if I was not an idiot (I notice things like that)3. Works well with the disabled, since she is a veteran herself.4. Doesn't mind to do the small talk, not all strictly business, and I love that, being able to personalize with customers and be willing to do so5.
