We are new to the area and had to choose a new vet for our 13 year old kitty, Fonzie, who hadn't been feeling well. Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!

Bad experience for basic check up and vaccines. My dog will be traumatized for Awhile after this visit.. Will be going back to my old vet.

I have been taking my dogs to MAH for over 20 years. They are great. Our rescue pup has needed 2 dentals and has had to have teeth removed and they have done a good job. They provide pain meds, antibiotics and anything else that is needed to help him heal. He does not seem traumatized when he comes home, and he heals quickly. They always call to check on him and making check up appointments is super easy. Always happy with my visits.

Love Mundelein Animal Hospital. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful,l and their Techs are awesome! Dr Long is amazing and lovingly cares for our two fur babies. I would recommend Mundelein Animal Hospital to anyone looking for Vet care.

Dr. Long and team were very thorough. I felt like they really listened to all my concerns and gave me knowledgeable and clear information. I was shocked when the doctor called me personally to give me results. I am very grateful to find a caring team nearby!

Made an important follow up appointment for one of my dogs . Got there 10 minutes late and even tried to call 6 min after my scheduled time that I will be late . Nobody answered the phone …. I got turned away because my time according to them was half up …. Very disappointing and obviously not caring . I was a client since years with more than one dog and to get turned away like that is very disappointing at least . I’m not going into more details because it wouldn’t be pretty . Shame on you ! But I’m glad there was still time to run around with a vacuum while my dog needed help
