Tim has serviced my furnace and air-conditioning needs for years now. He continues to provide excellent service and is as ethical as the day is long. I've referred him to a number of people and they have all had nothing but great things to say about the service he provided. Additionally, his rates are far more reasonable than some I've encountered.

Unethical, the company signed for services on a property that was being bought and the AC broke within a month after closing. The company doesn't warranty the jobs they perform. It was a lousy and unethical performance. I would never accept a receipt from this company when issues need to be addressed for my future clients.

Many great things to say about Tim & his work on my heating/ac install that he did for me in my home. First off, his quote for the job was reasonable, fair & he was good at explaining everything that needed to be done on the install. I never felt pressured or pushed by him to get the sale or job which I really liked. During the install he explained he had run into a few problems, because of the age of the old unit, 40 years old, & what was done before in the past. He never charged me extra because of it, which I really liked. The work that was done was great & I loved the excellent attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire him again & I will definitely tell my friends about him, if they need a great recommendation. Thanks, Tim!

Tim is honest and hard working. Some extra electrical work was required that wasn't included in my original quote and all extra parts and labor were done at no charge! Highly recommended!

Tim is dependable, honest, reliable and hard working. He also has proven to be trustworthy with the work he has done for me over the years. He is a perfectionist and it is reflected in his installations. Recently some extra work was required on a $7,000 project that wasn't included in his original quote. All the extra costs were going to be absorbed by Tim with no charge, but I couldn't let that stand so I split the additional costs with him 50/50! Highly recommended!
