The technician Ulises G at Kwik Serv Plumbing is very knowledgeable, polite, and will explain everything in detail about how he fixed your plumbing problem. He has fixed two issues I had and I truly enjoyed each conversation. Thank you Kwik for hiring such a wonderful licensed technician.
Kwik Serv and their team (Katie, Adrean and Alex) were professional, responsive, and helpful from beginning to end during the installation of my condenser unit. The entire process was smooth, and they made everything easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
Ulises just left our house after replacing and fixing our basement sump pump. He was exceptional in his service and professionalism. After his diagnosis of the problem he explained everything that needed to be completed and asked us if we had any other questions before he proceeded his work. We asked a few questions to better understand the plumbing system and the issue with the sump pump. He actually showed me the new pump and what was being corrected.
