Certa Pro touched up several areas of my home and painted 3 rooms in May. Nikki, who provided the estimate, was very knowledgeable. Everything went as planned and for a fair price. The painting crew checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy. I will use them again for exterior painting.

The crew were very respectful of my property and myself. They scrubbed my patio of paint scrapings. When I exited my front door to go for a walk, the young crew member offered to move his ladder to let me exit...I easily walked through my front garden...he didn't need to move. Their technique was extraordinary and actually underscored the poorer workmanship of the guy my wife had hired a bunch of years ago. Were they perfect? No. I would give them a score of 98 out of 100 as I spotted one sub-optimal section. 98%. I would wish that everyone, including myself, could reach 98%

Prior to selling my house I needed a quick turn around on interior paint. They did a great job getting to all rooms, including trim on short notice.

The experience was very stressful. One of the painters was demeaning in his communication with me and very sloppy. He was untruthful, leaving my lights on and the garage door open as if he would be back in a minute; he arrived very late, taking a 2-hour lunch. The painters arrived late and did not inform me. The painters did not show up as scheduled the next day; instead, they left a message at the scheduled time, stating that the patching was wet, despite not checking it to provide verifiable proof. This 2-day job stretched into 4 days, and I had to call the company for assistance. This spread of 4 days instead of 2 caused me to wait on these erratic, uncommunicative, disrespectful, and untruthful painters. They ruined 4 days of my vacation by holding me hostage to their whims about working. As a single female, I felt greatly disrespected, belittled, and anxious. It was demeaning and uncomfortable to have the painter in my home. The job was completed, again on my day off. Additionally, a CertiPro staff member told me there would be no charge. This is another experience of untruthfulness, offering a measly discount off the bill instead. This is no restoration from the stressful experience of losing a week's vacation, my schedule taken hostage, needing to call for assistance, dealing with inconsiderate painters wearing shoes going in and out, walking on my carpet, and having my request for booties over shoes dismissed, with no cleanup afterward. This was a horrible experience, and I cannot recommend Certapro. No quality of a paint job can make up for the disrespect to me and my home, the loss of time, and the untruthfulness.
