If I could give a lower rating I would. Steer clear of this place, find someone else. Do not waste your time or money. Beyond terribly rude, failed to deliver cleaning services but no problem billing you, lost the clothes and the best part, it was our fault. Will be reporting to the BBB our concerns.

I've been using a different dry cleaner for a long time but decided to give Bliss a try. While the cleaning provided was okay, I was surprised how by how dirty the place was. Dirty carpets, cobwebs in the corners and piles of clothing everywhere. I understand to some this does not matter, but given there are many similar cleaners in the area, I'll choose somewhere else.
