I was losing half a Saturday every week to the drop off and collect routine and it was the first thing to go when I got busy. now it just happens. bags go out, clean clothes come back, and I don't think about it. the quality is better than where I used to go too. collars come back right and nothing has come back with a mark still on it. they're reliable and that's the whole point of it
my work schedule got insane last spring and i just could not keep up with the dry cleaning runs anymore. suits piling up, shirts wrinkled, the whole mess. a coworker over in Kildeer told me about ACL and how they do the pickup and drop off so i figured id try it. best call ive made in a while! they grabbed a whole load of dress shirts and two suits that had been sitting for weeks and brought everything back looking sharp, pressed properly, nothing missing. the scheduling is dead simple, i set a pickup time and they actually stick to it. now i have them come every week without even thinking about it. shirts come back on hangers folded stuff done right and its just one… read full review
Started with ACL after my old cleaner closed and I was dreading the search. Set up the first pickup through their site, super straightforward, and they texted me a window the night before. The driver was on time both pickup and drop off. First batch came back and everything was hung properly, buttons all intact, no missing items. Been on a biweekly schedule since spring and it just runs itself at this point. Quality has been consistent every single time.
