I recently bought two pair of glasses at the Mundelein location, working with optician/manager Nedie. I've worn glasses since the age of six, and I've never before seen the level of service and care that I received from her. While I tried on frames, Nedie marked focus points on each lens, accounting for the differing frames' shapes to ensure a correct fit. Once ordered, delivery of one pair was held up for a few days -- not for shipping delays or any common reason, but for quality -- construction of one of the lenses didn't pass their checks. This is the second time I have gone to this location Mundelein. From the accurate and easy testing to picking my glasses it was an easy going experience. Nedie was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Thank you Nedie and Dr.Yang. I am extremely happy with my new glasses.
