I would give negative stars if it would let me. Our experience. 1) Most of the staff has been very nice (with exception of one) but you never see the same person. 2) when you call it takes you to a central line where the person is out of state and doesn't know a thing about you or your providers. Almost impossible to get through to someone in the office. 3) My daughter started Accutane. It's a time sensitive process. She has to come in every 30 days for a pregnancy test. After her first visit they scheduled her 30 days out and told me we couldn't move it a day ahead or behind. A week later they called and said they wouldn't have anyone available for that date and they are only there on Thursdays so we would have to do it a week later. I told them I thought it was time sensitive and had to be done 30 days later. They said \\\"oh yes, that's true. Well lets do it a week earlier.\\\" We came in a week earlier and took the test. They also didn't have her blood work back which we were told was sent to their office. We ended up having to run to the hospital and get a copy. They called us after we left and said, \\\"we can't turn in her script until 30 days has passed from her previous test so we will hold it for 10 more days. They called us 10 days later and said they require another pregnancy test because it wasn't done 30 days after the first one so she's going to have to come back again. We went back again. As of today, it's now another month. My daughter just went to her appointment. They told her \\\"I'm sorry but all of our pregnancy test has expired. You'll have to go somewhere and get blood work done or come to our office in Bloomington tomorrow.\\\" This place is the most UNORGANIZED place (of any business) I've ever seen in my life. It's pathetic. We are done. I just called another office in town, and they are getting her in on Monday since it's time sensitive.

Worst doctors office I’ve ever visited. Always issues, nurses don’t know what they’re doing and screwed me over on my accutane. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Have to stop my accutane in the middle of the process because a nurse messed up my IPledge system. What a joke. They also never answer the phone and have too many patients that they can’t take care of them. Last year I tried going on accutane also and they cancelled my appointment 2-3 times in a row.
